When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: full name, email address, villa preference, number of guests, preferred dates and your message. If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger, we process the details needed to respond to your request.

Purposes and legal basis

We use your details to answer availability, rate and booking enquiries, arrange your stay and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and, where required, your consent.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses an essential language preference cookie so it can remember whether you selected English or Greek. It also uses browser local storage to remember your cookie banner choice. We do not load analytics or advertising cookies by default.

The embedded Google map loads only if you select the activation button. When you activate it or open external links such as Google Maps, Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger, the policies of those third-party services also apply.

Sharing and retention

Form details are sent to the Paradise Villas email address and are not sold to third parties. Technical hosting, email or communication providers may be used to operate the website and respond to your enquiry. We keep messages only for as long as needed for communication, possible booking arrangements and legal or accounting obligations.
